For one the neck. THE NECK.

I dunno if you traced over the phoenix write sprite or what but her neck is all kinds of fucked up. chick's necks are generally a thinner than a dude's. another massive problem being that the head is far too small, which in turn exacerbates the neck of nightmares.

The hair makes no sense. At all. I know you're doing some "oh look it's phoenix if he were a chick" deal but still, the hair just looks like a fucking joke

Lastly, the hand. Notice how Phoenix's "OBJECTION" pose has the hand pointing slightly toward you? That's because it's dynamic. It looks kickass. 90 degree angles like in your image are flat and boring.

w/e. take my advice to heart and improve
