I see improvement on coloring...need to practice on freehand drawing first, the proportion is off...

But, why colored it like this? Isn't it too old-styled?

Well if it's old, I know not of the new style xD

And anyway, this is a fast drawing (below 2 hrs), since I have to return the tablet pen within 2 hrs

Oh, well...cg-ing is hard anyway.

2 Hours of tablet? You could do better with a mouse in 5 hours. Don't rely on tablet pen. If you use tablet pen as a starting point, you'll never get better. Learn by doing it the hard way first: use mouse!

besides, I'm not interested of being a pro in this matter. drawing for me, has been just for fun. I don't want to make it hard.

well, apparently I'm just drawing for fun, and has no intention of being better or to be a pro. I'm so drawing for fun, I'm not gonna make it hard for myself XD

otherwise it'll ruin the mood

and yea, you see, I'm trying a new method to color. which is cell-shade. just experimenting around, to see how could I manage to do it.

Well, a lot of people are saying "I'm drawing for fun" but when you're drawing and showing them to people, you have to learn to do better.

Believe me, when you can draw better, it's even more fun.

I'm not saying I'm good at drawing or thay your drawings are bad, but I'm proud of myself because I learn to be better at drawing. I want you to be more proud of it too. More than I'm sure you're already are.

Also, learning is not hard, you don't have to make it hard on yourself to learn. Set a higher standard, set it where you can amuse people by doing this thing you call "fun", drawing.

Don't use "I'm just doing it for fun" anymore, it's annoying. I know you have the capacity and capability to do better. Using that excuse clouded your eyes from your ability. After all, we all draw for fun, aren't we?

PS: Don't say mouse is so 90's, a lot of people make amazing art simply by using their mouse. You don't learn to paint by using $20 brush and expensive oil paint on high-grade standard. You learn to draw by using watercolor on paper. You don't learn to run by standing up and sprint. You learn to run by crawling.
